The above man, whose picture was taken by the Columbus Dispatch and submitted for a 'beauty contest'
looks like the owner and proprietor of The Motel One, 3190 E Main Street, Columbus/Whitehall, Ohio
which currently has tension in the parking lot, has degraded rooms, and has the reputation of being a 'crack hotel'. 
Perhaps this requires further investigation.
