Another DEA prescription drug buyback progams scheduled

Last time, the Federal Government wanted a prescription drug buyback and the state of Ohio said "Too Bad - we do not have to comply". They did not need the Federal stimulus money that went along with listening to what the Federal government wanted. The last buyback date was October 28, 2011. This is another link that DEA forwarded to me. Last time, the crooks with the state of Ohio claimed that "Nobody told them about DEA's program". Regards,
                                 Kimberly!)

Press Release fro DEA:

DEA HOLDING FOURTH NATIONWIDE PRESCRIPTION DRUG TAKE-BACK DAY IN APRIL

WASHINGTON, D.C. – This spring, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and its national and community partners will give the public another opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs. On Saturday, April 28th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time, DEA and its partners will hold their fourth National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day at sites nationwide. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.

Americans participating in DEA’s three previous Take-Back Days turned in nearly a million pounds—almost 500 tons—of prescription drugs at over 5,300 sites operated by more than 4,000 of the DEA’s state and local law enforcement partners. Last fall’s event encouraged participation by long term care facilities and Indian nations well as the general public.

This initiative addresses a vital public safety and public health issue. Medicines that languish in home cabinets are highly susceptible to diversion, misuse, and abuse. Rates of prescription drug abuse in the U.S. are alarmingly high--more Americans currently abuse prescription drugs than the number of those using cocaine, hallucinogens, and heroin combined, according to the 2010 National Survey on Drug Use and Health. Studies show that a majority of abused prescription drugs are obtained from family and friends, including from the home medicine cabinet.

“Prescription drug abuse is a major epidemic across the country and DEA is committed to reducing the potential for misuse by providing a safe and secure method for Americans to clean out their medicine cabinets and properly dispose of unwanted, unneeded, or expired medication,” said DEA Administrator Michele M. Leonhart. “Americans responded overwhelmingly to DEA’s first three Take-Back Day events, disposing of nearly 500 tons of medication in the past two years. This nationwide community effort prevents home medicine cabinets from becoming sources of dangerous – and even deadly – drugs."

The public can find a nearby collection site by visiting www.dea.gov, clicking on the “Got Drugs?” icon, and following the links to a database, where they enter their zip code. Law enforcement agencies interested in operating one or more collection sites on April 28 can register with the DEA by clicking on the above-cited “Got Drugs?” icon and calling the DEA POC for their state, which can be under the link for law enforcement.

Four days after the first Take-Back event in September 2010, Congress passed the Secure and Responsible Drug Disposal Act of 2010, which amends the Controlled Substances Act to allow an “ultimate user” of controlled substance medications dispose of them by delivering them to entities authorized by the Attorney General to accept them. The Act also allows the Attorney General to authorize long term care facilities to dispose of their residents’ controlled substances in certain instances. DEA is in the process of drafting regulations to implement the Act.

This picture of a Chinese hotel doesn't look like much,
but is supposed to be a real structure.
This is supposed to be "The Bank of China" as found on the internet.
The Bank of China is supposed to be in Hong Kong.
I would like to be able to get additional information about
it, and cannot go there myself.
The Bank of China sens out emails on a regular basis.  There seem to be few Asians here in Winston Salem, NC but there are many Asians around the Ohio State University Campus in Columbus, Ohio.  Asians are very bright people, but there was a closed channel of communication for years.  Yoko Ono was the wife of John Lennon, and like many Asians, could have been extremely fascist.  Informants says that the Bank of China is real, BUT that they have an extremely high interest rate.  For some reason, I want to at times correlate some of these fascist countries with medical racketeering, in my mind's eye, also.  I contacted NPR in regard to this, and am interested in getting additional information about the Bank of China.  I am wondering if they are available for small business funding in the United States, or if they deal with corporations only. The Bank of China has on their web site information about car and home loans, but I know of no Bank of China entities here in the United States.  This seems fishy.

"Fred from China", owner of The Motel One, 3190 E. Main Street, Columbus, Ohio and friends

The proprietor of The Motel One, 3190 E. Main Street, Columbus, Ohio, where we stayed from September 2011 to April 2012 and before that is from China with many Chinese friends in the United States.  Some of the other friends were from North Korea.  The problem was that when crooks hassles "Kim" online, they were annoying the fascists from North Korea who came to Columbus, Oho for political sanctuary.  Kim is a surname in North Korea, and a Fascist leader named Kim died of a heart attack in about 2008.  (see my article about the Kim regime/dynasty for more information.)  Crooks got so mean on the intelligence/police network that they did not think about offending foreign operative who were also online.  The people considered the crooks to be nothing but uneducated nuisances at times and after all, are from a fascist country.  The proprietor of The Motel One, named "Fred" is an educated man with  University degrees and education.  He and some of his relatives were offended by some of the lewd, ignorant dangerous people who were part of the intelligence system.  Setting things on fire and others issues were the problem, in addition to not paying rent for rooms they rented at times.  "Fred" is an intelligent man and considers himself to be a businessman.  He is very quiet and reserved and does not speak as good of English as some of the other Asians who have been in the United States for a long time, but is the current enemy of an activity group, who were in front of The Motel One, 3190 e. Main Street, Columbus, Ohio more than once.  The last time they were there, they, a group from a Church of God, were holding picket signs and wanted The Motel One to be closed down.  The activist/protesters were there on Saturday, March 24, 2012 and were not removed from the property holding their picket signs, but were complainants because they said that in one month, there were over 100 police complaints recorded that had to do with The Motel One.  "Fred" is never available at night and retires early, and shuts down the Motel One office, so that if people want to come into the office after 11:00 p.m. for any reason, they can't - even to call the police.  I don't know if The Bank of China" is related to this mess, but it really could be.  "Fred" has relatives from China and is not conspicuous.  Read more about Asians - in another article on Born To Be Miserable.
