Crooks started using the police intelligence system during Governor George Voinovich's term in Ohio to try to recruit victims to use the Voinovich name as part of a large scale extortion campaign, to set up the state. The below received email
received today which is split into three parts may be a clue to this. During this same time period in Ohio crooks kept telling people that they were not really on the "police or intelligence" internet, but were 'hearing voices' and were mentaly ill. This occurred in Wooster, Ohio and Columbus, Ohio. The year was about 1996. Ohio became more more corrupt since then - as if the giant Kraken. pictured at the very bottom of this article, grabbed a victim as the elgend says, but in this case the victim was evicted, ripped off, and ruined without just cause. There should have been a class Action Law suit, but someone forged a dirty handshake deal to continue the corruption. The email follows:
